When a client came to us, the client’s website and visual appearance was very old . No modifications/enhancements were there in the last 15 years. There was no coding structure/pattern followed, the site has a lot of functional and non functional issues. Contents were misplaced and designs were outdated. Due to all these, business of the client was affecting and the client was frustrated as he was loosing the revenue.
Client took the Maintenance package from us to sort out all the above challenges. We have been working on the Migsun website for more than 2 years now. Initially we did the audit of the entire website so that we could know about all the existing issues. We involved our QA (Quality Assurance) team for this. When we got the report from our QA team, our designers and developers started working immediately on all the issues. We fixed all kind of issues on the website whether it was the Design/Development/Content related issues. We have also implemented many other features for client and we keep updated the images/banners/content/pop ups etc. for him. their E-com platform.
Since working more than 2 years, we have a very good relationship with client. Our client was very happy with the result and our support. Most importantly, client’s revenue increased which was the top priority for our DMABS team. Client appreciated our team work officially and said big “THANK YOU” to all of us. After seeing the results and great teamwork, the client also finalized with us a new project on which we are working from scratch. Our goal is to keep our client happy with our work and deliver many more projects successfully for him in the near future.
